My Existence...

When working in the office we spend more time sitting as we do our reports and specially, if we are working on a proposal for a very big project with this at the end of the day we experience back aches which we seldom notice that it is due to the chair we are using. So we have to pay attention and see to it that the chair we’ll be using is ergonomic. Ergonomic is the branch of engineering science wherein it focuses on the design of equipment so as to reduce operator fatigue, discomfort and injury. Alright, most of us would think, definitely that is expensive, the office won’t be able to afford it and so on but, there is one thing that we have to keep in mind, not all that sells or offers this kind of equipment are expensive besides if it’s for the sake of not having a back ache and be able to work efficiently, wouldn’t you spend for it? It’s my rest day! Yippeee! Yeah I know! It has been almost a month since I last updated and didn’t even bother posting pictures from my last trip in HK. Well, sorry about that but until now I haven’t gotten the pictures because my friend Jayson is still busy doing a lot of things in the office so he doesn’t have the time to send it to me sigh! What else? Hmm... My friend’s wife just gave birth to a baby girl, she’s super cute even only saw her on pictures just congratulated him today... HEHEHE! My friend Gracie’s birthday is today which supposedly I’ll be joining them to go out of town this weekend but such a bummer I’m on a weekend duty in the office so I have to skip that. Also, last week Jeff and I planned of going out later or tomorrow since it’s my off from work but I guess he is too busy studying for his certification exam, so far I don’t have anything to do outside home, will sleep for a while since I wanted to at least rest my eyes from the monitor. Really what a boring day! Wishing that later will go out with friends.

I find curly hair sexy and very stylish. I, myself wanted to have a long curly hair maybe one of these days will have my hair done hopefully, it will look good on me... hehehehe

I often visit my site to update but every time I try to come up with something it just poof then nothing. There are a lot of things in my head that I wanted to share but I don’t know where to start. Just for recaps, I’ve been thinking of the past again and trying to come up with something that would completely disconnect from it. Then, I recently went to HK to have a vacation also to reflect on my life and now I am sitting here in the office composing this while chatting with my ex-BF’s sister who is complaining about the bad attitude that his wife has. Well, it’s just how life is, full of complications and unexplainable things. After reading the comment of his sister I laughed because I never imagine him the way his sister is describing him, so for some reason he is now experiencing his karma not that I prayed for it or whatsoever but it just proves that in every thing you do, whether good or bad time comes that you will receive what is ought for you. Well I guess that is for today and probably next time will share about my holiday trip in HK.

Health Care benefits are really important nowadays and we should really be careful to what we are looking for in terms of insurance. The government should really be looking into this as well.

I have a lot of things to care about right now and sometimes I get tired of thinking which one to prioritize but of course at the end of the day we should set our goals and make sure that we get things done.

I do listen to some love songs the past weeks but not thinking of relating everything with love songs... how about you?
