My Existence...

There are a lot of celebrities out there and it's a good that there is Twitter so we can follow our favorites. Who is yours?

I think it is really time to fix things between these two countries and prioritize what would be good or what would contribute to each and everyone instead of arguing and thinking of themselves.

I think that in every country, we try to make sure that everyone can be assisted specially in terms of medical needs. So what do you think we can do to widen the coverage of those who will be benefiting in this health care system?

I haven't really been in a big concert like U2, Michael Jackson, Beatles and etc. Although I wanted to but due to the time conflict maybe so I really can't say what it really feels to be in one. There are also quite a lot of curiosity that comes into mind.

It's really important that we take good care of our feet. A nice pair of comfortable shoes is one way of pampering our feet. I always see to it that I get to have a relaxing foot spa once to twice a month... How about you? Share your routine...

Most of us are aware already that not only smokers who can be diagnosed to have lung cancer. There are several causes of lung cancer and not only cigarette smoke can cause this deadly disease. We have to make sure that we have proper maintenance so to avoid having lung cancer.

There are a lot of things to be done... It is better to do it slow but surely... Make sure that our values are not stepped upon by this innovation that people are into for the sake of improving the state of the country.

There are times that you have to know and understand his/her way to make a relationship to work but always remember that you don't need to lose your personality and values just because you love him/her... You have to love yourself first!
